Michelle-
We had one agent here that used the Franklin Covey software with his Palm.
We were on the phone to Franklin Covey tech support several times before we
got it working properly. It was about 18 months ago, so I do not remember
the specific error message we received. Thereafter, every few weeks he would
lose his ability to sync and we would have to start all over again. I don't
know if it was him or the Franklin Covey software. If I were you I would
call Franklin Covey and see if they have an idea on how to resolve the
issue.

This is all very frustrating. I uninstalled everything except for Outlook.
I tried to install the pocket mirror that came with my palm. (It comes a
Franklin/Covey disk that has other things on it.) Pocket Mirror gave me an
error that said I had to install the Palm Desktop (at least version 3.0) in
order to install PM. There was no palm desktop on the CD that I could tell.
I downloaded that from the Palm website. Then I was able to install pocket
mirror. After that, I performed a hotsync and got the mso9.dll error thing
again and I'm back to where I started. Can anyone tell me what's happening?
If this is considered OT, could you please respond to my email in my sig
line?
Thanks,

Parker,

Misunderstanding acknowledged. ;-)
I would suggest that perhaps the presence of Exchange server might be a
factor.
Certainly my Palm Pro and Vx did not behave that way out of the box on a
non-Exchange environment...

Anyhow, I'm sure Michele has enough to keep her experimenting!

Regards
