It's a Windows thing....not an Outlook setting....depends on which version
of Windows you are using...but go into your Windows control panel and double
click on Sounds....in there is a list of all the programs on your computer
that have sounds attached to them....you can select the one for New Mail and
browse to use the sound you want.

Hi all!

I'm using Microsoft Outlook XP Professional. I have my options set to play a
sound when I get new mail, but is there a way to change the sound or pick
another? I'd like for it to make a different sound as I can't always hear
the little chime it makes especially when people get loud here in my office.
Any suggestions on how to fix this if that's possible?
