I am running Outlook XP on one computer, Outlook 2000 on the
other. Windows XP on both systems. Sorry for the confusion and
bad information.

What Outlook versions are you running on both computers?

Is there anyway on the Office 2000 machine to have all email
addresses from all contacts appear in the contacts list as it
does on the Office XP version when I'm creating a new message?
