Dialing in my area with a 1 for a local does not work. I get the "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. . ." message. This was not an issue with Office '97 but something changed in Office XP. Unless maybe it's a O/S issue. Dennis Stratman Telecommunications Manager Star Medical Rx -----Original Message----- From: Linda F. Does dialing with the 1 in your area not work? I'm also in a city that has a bi-state metro area that includes a second area code. The second area code has to be dialed with 10-digits but it's a local call and therefore does not need the '+1' in the number. =3D20 I'm using Office XP SP2 with the latest updates installed on Windows 2K O/S. Any help would be appreciated. =3D20 Thanks! =3D20 Dennis ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to=20 mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=3Dunsubscribe Or, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu.
