I am out of town running on dial up. From time to time the line drops OR when I disconnect intentionally to make a phone call. When I then reconnect, Outlook (2003) is unable to connect to ANY of my various POP accounts. If I completely terminate Outlook and restart it, this problem goes away. Does anyone have any idea what is going on ... or how to fix it? James S.
