Thanks Linda, that worked - I just couldn't find that spot on 2007.

On your laptop with Outlook 2007 ... Go to the Tools menu, choose Account
Settings ... select the account you want and click on the Change button ...
click on the More Settings button ... click on the Advanced tab ... put a
check in the box that says "Leave a copy of the message on the server"

Subject: [mso] Outlook 2007

Hi,

On my desktop pc I have Office 2003 and use Outlook for my email. I have
recently bought a laptop and it has Office 2007. I want to use Outlook 2007
for the same email account, but cannot figure out how to "leave" a copy of
the emails online so that I can download the emails to both computers - I
also want to be able to access these emails at work through Rogers webmail.

Thanks for any help.

Debbie
