I have been attempting to export my Calendar in Outlook 2003 to a .csv
file. Working through the Export to File dialog, it comes to a screen saying
'Select Folder to export from'. Nothing is there to select and the Next
button is greyed out. Can anyone explain this phenomenon and suggest what I
should do?
