After reformatting my drive a month ago, I haven't been able to get Outlook 2002 (Windows XP Professional) to save my email password. I have it set up to save the passwords, but as soon as I close Outlook, the passwords are gone. I would appreciate any help with this issue, as it is very annoying to have to enter passwords every time I need to read my emails (we have 2 accounts, so I have to enter both). Thanks for your help.
