[mso] Outlook 2002 : Changing location of sent messages for Exchange shared mailbox

Second question I'd appreciate some help with.

We have a shared Exchange mailbox. When sending a message we can select the
sender as the mailbox so replies will come back to the shared mailbox.
However the sent item is stored in the individuals own mailbox sent folder
rather than the sent folder of shared Exchange mailbox. Is there any way to
make the sent messages with a sender of the shared mailbox be stored in that
mailbox? I have considered a rule, but can't find a criterion of sender. I
considered a rules based on a unique keyword in the signature, but that is
rather messy. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Regards, John
