Several alternatives, depending on what you want to do.
Easiest is to right click on calendar, and choose New Folder. It will
create a new calendar for you. Give it a name (calendarRooms).

If this doesn't suit your needs, you might want to look here:

Slipstick has lots of good stuff.

I am running 2002, so it may be different than your version.

Hi all! I have returned from vacation and ready to read and post!

I am loving the calendar function of Outlook 2000. I am wondering this.
I am
in charge of when rooms are available in my building. I work in the
education field and I have a list of when our rooms have classes in
them. I
want to set it up so I have a calendar view so I can schedule things in
between classes and such. I would also like one for when faculty members
are
in their office too.

So, is there a way to have more than one calendar? Is there a way to
have
the times listed for the rooms, but not have it directly on the calendar
I
have for appointments? Really, if I can make more than one calendar, I'd
be
happy. Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks!
