Quick advice - stop using outlook! I think it's a lousy program. For e-mail
I prefer Firefox

This person who is not a subscriber to MSO, is having problems with
her Outlook 2007.
She has:
1. Vista, not sure which SP version she has. It is possible she has
not update to -any- SP release at all.
2. Office 2007 with SP1 for Office
She is trying to do searches in Outlook, but it is apparently
skipping email containing the word or words she is looking
for. Basically, she knows she has email that contain certain words,
but Outlook behaves as though it cannot see those email. She does not
know why. What can I advise?
Btw, whatever advice I get, I will pass on. I will have to give her
time to try the suggestions, get back to me, before I can respond to
them myself. Thank you for understanding.
