Dian, did you see my answer? Apparently there is a problem with legitimate versions of this also. See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;830335 Joel PROPLUS.MSI is the installation file that was distributed with the corporate version of Office Pro. Make sure you have a legit copy of Office, as this version was distributed on the web for download and is not legit. If you got it that way, that's the problem. If you installed it from a corporate version and are looking on a consumer Professional version CD, you won't find it. You should uninstall that version and reinstall with your legit professional (consumer) CD version so you won't be hit by this request for future updates. Dian D.
