It wasn't Image Composer I was thinking of - Photo Draw sounds more like
it but I think that's another proprietary program. Any idea where I could
find out what features were bundled with previous versions of Office?
That's what I was hunting for on the MS site but got nowhere fast?

Image Composer came with Frontpage and Office. I use it all the time. So
much simpler than most of the graphics programs. I'm not sure where you

It had some really useful features for web images that Photo Editor
doesn't have, eg saving with transparent backgrounds for use on websites.
