[mso] Odd edit behavior on Outlook message body

I compose an Outlook 2003 message, and sometimes because of using cut and
paste, I end up with a mixture of fonts, sizes and colors etc. I select all
and
change it to what I want. But frequently only SOME of the text changes.

If I fiddle with selecting pieces of the offending text, I can usually get
it to change, but often even selecting all of a line in, say, blue and changing
it to Automatic doesn't change the color.

It looks like a bug to me. Anyone else seen it?

Peter
