She had 2 templates in her Startup folder. One of them (apparently part
of Acrobat) was causing the error. We removed the Acrobat DOT from
Startup, and she's happy. We first tried reducing her macro security to
medium, but she still got the error. I thought that was rather odd.
Anyway, we were able to leave the palmapp.dot template in Startup.
Apparently, it was not causing the error even tho' the error message
mentions it specifically. Again, rather odd.

She probably has two macro laden templates at work here. The palmapp.dot
file is the first one to examine. I'm unfamiliar with it but it appears
to be a template that supports document transport between her PDA and
the desktop. It's also possible that you'll find other templates in that
path that are being loaded and triggering the macro security message.
Any template that is stored in the startup directory will be loaded by
Word at startup so, if you and the user aren't comfortable moving the
macro security to medium and allowing the macros to be enabled, you need
to remove the templates from this directory.
