It's aready set to Western European ISO.  There's a Registry fix which Greg
sent round ages ago but I've lost the email since moving on to the laptop.

Waiting for Greg to ride in on his trusty white stallion!

    If you were using Outlook Express I could tell you... (ducking from
Linda! ;-)

    Somewhere in the options for Outlook is a way to set your encoding from
UTF to Western European ISO. (It's International setting in OE).
