Well, I'm "around" today for sure...get this one...I was headed to the
college to teach an Advanced Excel class this morning and I ran into a
flood....so I took a detour and then came upon a street where a tree was
down and I couldn't get thru...so I turned around and tried another route
and ran into ANOTHER flood....at this point, I was going to be hopelessly
late for class so I decided to just turn around and come home and that took
me a long time cuz I was driving thru water up to my doors....(all this in
the rental car I'm still driving since my accident LOL)...anyway, I get
home, completely frazzled from the white-knuckle driving, and I go to my
phone to call the college to tell them that I ain't a-gonna make it...and my
phone shows I have a message....it's from the college saying "Don't come in.
We have a power outage. Hope you haven't left already." geeeesh
So, suffice it to say, I'm definitely "around" today LOL
