I've downloaded an am trying out this new tool from Trend Micro. It is an
outlook add-in for managing spam. It is free for now. They call it a
"pilot". Sounds like a beta. I'm guessing that they are getting it
polished and will charge for it eventually, but that is just a guess. It
looks promising.

Try it out and give them feedback. Here was mine:

1) Critical for me is the ability to customize the toolbar. I am reluctant
to commit to an add-in that takes up so much toolbar real estate. I can
rename several of the buttons and have the Trend toolbar share a line with
my main toolbar, but restarting outlook resets the configuration to the
default.

2) Allow specification of the spam folder. I would like to continue using
outlook's default of "Junk Mail".

3) Provide the option to put toolbar functions on the right click context
menu so I can right click on a message and select "block sender" or "report
as spam", etc.

4) Include the outlook add-in with Trend's Internet Security Suite. The
"spam:" tag on the subject is a pain in the suite's implementation.
