Search the old computer for *.pst
Outlook stores everything in pst files (or if they are offline files, they
will be ost files)
Copy them from the old computer and put them on the new computer in place of
the one(s) that are there.

Hi there,
We just got a new computer and are in the process of switching everything
from the old one to the new one. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get all
my data (personal, and archive), calendar settings, contact list, task list
etc., as well as my mail accounts and setups over to the new pc, as we had
to reinstall Office there? What files do I need and where do I find them?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
