Hi Gene. If you are receiving files with music in them, your grandkids
are probably using Outlook Express or some other program that allows
this. It's not actually a file....its in the html coding behind the
file. You need to open the email and View the html source to see where
the file is coming from, then go there and download the file. Or...just
ask your grandkids to resend you the file as an attachment.
Outlook doesn't do the sounds in files thing well at all.
