Hi.
doing an assignment for my access subject at my college.
i am a blind user using jaws for windows 5.1, ms office 2000, and on a windows
2000 machine.
i created several queries for a music store database.
i put a calculated field for my gst amount. my price is in a currency format,
but the amount of gst on the price is not in a currency format on the form.
how can i fix this, and not to show so many decimal points?
and also i created a credit card form from a query, and in the query it has a
calculated date field on the date due from a credit card receipt.
the date purchases and date received are in long format, but the date due field
is in standard format.
how do i get it to display the long format on this field?
if any one can help me, and how to edit the formula or the calculation, and
people have done this, then can you e-mail me off list with the answers to my
problems.
please let me know as soon as possible.
cheers Marvin.
