FWIW, I think O2003 is a significantly better product than O2002 or =
2000.
The new Outlook is a great improvement, and there are also very positive
changes to the other apps.
Frontpage is great, and Publisher...
The beta testing process was much more thorough, and pleasant (from my
perspective...)
