[mso] MS Word

I mistakenly clicked on Prt Scr & Shift at the same time while I had a small
window open on my desk top. I now have a permanent image whenever I open
Word or Outlook. It seems to be the default template. To try to fix it, I
deleted normal.dot, checked the Word start-up folder, deleted "data" in
registry file, used Detect and Repair in Word Help and uninstalled and
reinstalled. Nothing helps. I have MS Office 2000 Premium, XP OS. I also
tried Eraser2K.exe, but it does not work on XP. Thanks for any help you can
give. Darrell
