Yes...in the address book, choose "new distribution list" and put the ones
in there that you want...then just address the mail to the distribution list

If this is OT where can I ask the question?
Is there a way to make distribution address lists in outlook so you can
mail to a list of people without having to put them in the to line one at
a time?
Simple steps please as I don't use Outlook myself.
TIA
Rocky
