Christine--

Your situation makes your company a prime candidate for Access database
replication. You didn't specify which version of Access you're using, but
here's a great link for getting started in Access 2000.

You can also search for 'replication' in Access' online help.

Subject: [mso] MS Access - Merging Database

Hi all, I have two users at separate offices who are updating a database.
Each has a copy of it on her local machine. At the end of the day, they
want to be able to merge the two databases into one. Can this be done?
The do not share a network drive, so there is no way for them to share the
database. Unfortunately, my knowledge of Access is limited, so I don't
know the answer. Any help would be appreciated.
