[mso] Logon to MS exchange

Hej
Before my puter crashed I could mail a document direct from Words 2000, by
click file + send to, now I get this message,
Logon has failed logon to MS exchange to access address book. When I try to
do that I get a message that I to have permission to logon to a public
folder?
Any suggestions
