Hey lady... Just wanted to let you know that two Outlook MVPs did reply. Not good news...about what I figured... 1) Unfortunately, unless she's connected to an Exchange Server, it's gone. 2) Delete is a two step process. If she just deleted it and didn't empty her "Deleted Items" folder, it's still there. If Outlook is configured to empty the folder on exit (or if she emptied it manually), the item is *gone*. My only thought was...had you not been screaming as you saw it all being deleted<g>...flipping the PC off midstream as they were being deleted MIGHT have saved some???? I posted that thought to see if anyone else thought it might help. I know that panic move has saved me a few times in the past, although it's not too good for your system.
