As to grammar--rules get in the way as people are writing, they are meant to
come in AFTER its written to improve the read-ability. As emails are
generally informal and top-of-the head, be gentle with yourself as long as
we can basically figure out what you asked, we promise not to conclude that
you are an idiot because you used "your" incorrectly. I've written two
articles on improving your writing for Non-Profits (but it helps you all
too) so as you all are avoiding your real work, here's a link (you guys link
