My version of Outlook is 2002; there is an option in the main window
under;
Tools,
Options,
Other
There is a box to 'tick' that asks if you want to make Outlook the
default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar.

I don't know if this will help or not, if so... great, if not... oh
well.
Dave

I haven't seen that. If you go into Internet Explorer and go to the
Tools
menu and choose Internet Options, then click on the Programs tab, is
Outlook
setup as your defalut email editor in there? If not, make sure it is.

Otherwise, try doing a Detect and Repair from Outlook's Help menu (if
you
have a version that has that)...if that doesn't fix it, then I would
suspect
some OTHER email program on your computer is doing this...like Outlook
Express, Netscape, Eudora, etc....check any of these that you might have
installed and make sure they are NOT setup as default.

Everytime I open Outlook it asks if I want to make it my default
program. I
select "yes" but have the same trouble every time. Has anyone else
noticed
this?

Thanks,
Michele B. Wong
