Yes.  I finally convinced Wiley that the non-US people didn't receive their
copies, so they sent them again.  Glad you got it.

I had a nice shock through the post the other day, it was your Excel Book, I
plan to look at it and then do the review as promised.
 
It looks great though i've only had a quick scan through it, hope others
