Hi all, Perhaps it's just my bad luck or not doing everything properly and in the right order, but I've had quite a mess trying to get this new daylight savings time issue squared away between Outlook and my PDA (a Motorola Q). The process of syncing my Q with the desktop ended up duplicating about half of my contacts and calendar entries. I'm being sent a new PDA as they believe there's something wrong with it, but before I sync Outlook with the new device I want to clean up the duplicates which are now on my desktop. The tech support gal I worked with at Verizon told me there was an option in Outlook to remove duplicates which would free me of the tedious task of removing them manually. Problem is I can't find the option and of course can't reach the support person who told me about it. I know there are some add-ins or separate utility applications available, but does anyone know of an option in Outlook that would accomplish this? I'm using Outlook 2003. Thanks for any help.
