Be careful. Are you intending to reinstall it? The best bet is to call
Dell. My son bought an emachine and he had a Norton problem. It said to
reinstall it in an error message. I couldn't find it on any disk so I called
emachine. They were great; they told me that I didn't have the software
(short term install as part of the sale) but they helped me fix the problem
(smoke and mirrors..........LOL).

Hope this helps

Chuck
