a variable which sheet is currently selected, then after you've done all
you need to you reselect that one again. 

The code would look something like this:

        mySheet = ActiveSheet.Name
        Sheets.Select
        ...
        [your formatting commands]
        ...
        Sheets(mySheet).Select
