[mso] Follow up: How to find file name of picture file inserted in Word doc

I do the same thing in many cases. This, however, is
a document begun by someone else. It is a User Guide
for a software application still under development and
change. Many of the graphics were not pasted in, but
inserted linked files(sort of as placeholders) so that
as the application GUI changes and we take new screen
shots, they can be updated automatically in Word. So
in this case, yes, they mostly have names. And of
course when I need to update the screen shots, they'll
only update automatically if I save the new screen
shots with the same file name as the originals.

I'd still like to know how to find out the names of
files that were inserted without being linked as I
know some of them were inserted that way as well. It
would be helpful if, knowing the file name, I could
change them to linked files for future updates.

Would the picture necessarily always have a name? I
make docs all the time where I just paste in a
screendump from the clipboard.
