Hi there, I am trying to send a fax through Outlook. I create a new FAX message via the File menu. I type my text, attach a file and hit send. When I do, I get a message box that is titled "Rasterizing document". In the box it says, 'turning document into fax formt'.....and then it hangs. I have let it sit like this for 10 minutes and no change. When I cancel the operation, it takes a long time to close but eventually does. I then get an email that says the following: "An error occured while sending the Fax. The following recipient could not be reached: The error is : An error occurred while the document was being converting to fax image format. Your fax cannot be sent. Total number of pages is 0, number of pages sent is 0." I am using OL98, Office 97 and WinXP. I have never tried to fax before so I may be doing something wrong. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
