Assuming your data begins in A1, paste this formula in C1 and copy down:

=IF(COUNTIF($A$1:A1,A1)=1,SUMIF($A$1:$A$19,A1,$B$1:$B$19),0)

Adjust the SUMIF ranges as necessary. I based this example on your sample
data.

Hope this helps,

Hutch

Hi All. I'm having difficult with an excel formula A B 150x19 20 150x19 20
150x19 9 75x25 9 75x25 4 150x19 4 75x25 2 150x19 8 75x25 4 75x50 4 In the
3rdcolumn, 1st row I would like the sum of B column cells that are
corresponding to 150 x 19 in column A Then every other C column cell that
corresponds to 150x19 will have a 0 in it. And so on: So that the first
unique figure in column A will have in column C the sum of Column B with the
the equal figure in column A. For example the above would finish like this:
AB C 150x19 20 41 150x19 20 0 150x19 9 0 75x25 9 19 75x25 4 0 150x19 4 0
75x25 2 0 150x19 8 0 75x25 4 0 75x50 4 4 I would greatly appreciate if
somebody could let me know if there is a formula that is able to do what I
need it to do. Regards Wayne Beasley Internal Sales Supervisor UBEECO
