Try deleting several rows, including the one with the cell in it.

Is there any VBA?  If so have a look at that, or try answering "disable" if 
it asks whether you want to enable macros.

Failing that, looks like you'll need to upload your sheet.  Not sure how you 
do that for this list, but just ask the owner/moderators and they'll help 
you.
