Here is what I would do:
            A   B       C
1       1/28/1946       =3DNOW()        =3D(B1-A1)/365
2       5/23/1944       =3DNOW()        =3D(B2-A2)/365
3       2/27/1968       =3DNOW()        =3D(B3-A3)/365
4       9/16/1972       =3DNOW()        =3D(B4-A4)/365

Column C needs to be reformatted as a number, perhaps with 1 decimal =
point. Hope this helps.
