Herbert, I think a class at the local college might stand you in good
stead. It sounds as if you might have a need for numerous actions similar to
this one. I can't help you myself, and it's possible that other might feel
that you need either professional or educational help, not just a canned
solution.

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if you could kindly help with a code to copy data from 5
tabs on a spreadsheet to two tabs on a master spreadsheet ( the first 3 tabs
on the copied from spreadsheet will be copied to the 1st tab of the copied
to spreadsheet, and the last 2 tabs on the copied from spreadsheet to be
copied to the 2nd tab of the copied to spreadsheet) as follows:

1) open the 2 spreadsheets (from a defined location say c drive)
2) Activate spreadsheet to be copied from.
3) Activate 1st tab,
4) Data to be copied is contained in the 3 columns d3:f3, all the way down
until code hits a blank cell in column d
5) Copy this data
6) Activate master spreadsheet
7) Locate the last cell in column A to have a value (this is a running
total master spreadsheet),
8) Paste copied data (values only) starting in the first blank cell i.e.
beneath previous data.
9) Go back to spreadsheet where data is being copied from,
10) Activate 2nd tab,
11) Repeat copy and paste process until 3rd tab is done
12) Activate 4th tab on copied from spreadsheet copy as above
13) Activate master spreadsheet and 2nd tab this time round. Paste as
above i.e. search for where last entry was and paste below that etc.
14) Activate 5th tab on copied from spreadsheet and repeat the above
pasting process
12) Once all 5 tabs are done, close spreadsheet where data is being copied
from without saving changes
13) Leave the master open.

Thank you very much

Herbert
