Hi Jenna,
If you don't have a ton of money to spend on software, try Google Docs 
spreadsheet if the features you need are available there. You can import your 
Excel spreadsheet into Google Docs and work collaboratively in almost real 
time. All parties viewing the spreadsheet at the same time can update and/or 
view the updates in seconds as they happen. The updates do not have to be saved 
yet to be viewed . When the data is finalized, you can export your spreadsheet 
to an .xls, .htm, .csv, etc. format. Pardon me if I am deviating from the use 
of Microsoft Office.
