[mso] Excel 2000 start up problem

Hi, 

I have been having this start up program in Excel 2000. It doesnt load up
either by opening it by program or excel file. The rest of office is ok. It
does give me an error message about having low resources but I have 85% free
memory. I need this spreadsheet asap of course. I thought also that maybe
thedefault page is corrupt.. could that be the problem? What is that file
called again... (book.xls) comes to mind but I cant find it on my machine. 

I appreciate any help on this.
