[mso] Encarta Link to Outlook

Hi folks,

I have tried quite a few times to obtain a map of the location of someone in my 
Contacts folder, but have had no success. I keep getting a blank Encarta form 
which says I must provide the address info. This is supposed to happen 
automatically from Outlook. Any ideas?
