You have to edit whatever file you used as your data source in the original mail merge. If you used a Word file, then just open that file. It's simply a Word table so you can edit it the same way you edit any Word table. If it's an Excel spreadsheet, then edit that. If it's an Access table, then edit that. Then simply run your mail merge as you did originally and the changes and new entries will be there.
