[mso] EXCEL 2002: Cannot change font

I have been successful in changing colors using conditional formatting.=0D
=0D
I have not been successful changing the actual font using conditional
formatting. For example, If I want negative numbers to appear as "red"=20
times new roman" and positive numbers to be "blue" "arial" I cannot make =
it
work.=0D
=0D
The font drop down box in the Conditional Formatting window is "greyed" o=
ut
and I cannot select it.=0D
=0D
Any ideas?=0D
