[mso] Duplicate contacts

I used to get warnings whenever I would try to save a duplicate name or
email address and I really liked having this feature. Now I have a
plethora of duplicate contacts that I have to constantly fish out. Does
anyone know how to reset Outlook to check for duplicates as I create
contacts?
