An agent in our Greenville office says that his contacts in his Outlook 2000 personal address book are disappearing. He says that he had almost 1000 contacts and now has only 665. He has run a virus scan using Symantec Corporate Edition which is up-to-date and found nothing. That office is not on our Exchange Server so it's not the problem. I have never heard of this happening before so I had him do a "Find" to see if he was sorting his contacts differently, but none of the missing contact he searched for were there. Has anyone heard of this happening? I suspect operator error, but I don't know how he would accidentally delete contacts.
