If all boxes are rectangular then it is easy to create the chart in a standard
Excel worksheet and have borders only on cells containing names or titles and
use edge borders to connect organization cells. The connection can even be
solid or dotted.
For example, merge cells D4, D5, E4, and E5 to form a box for entering a name
or title. Then the border between cells D3 and E3, or F4 and F5, or D6 and E6,
or C4 and C5 can represent the connection to boxes to the top, right, bottom,
or left of the box.
You can easily be creative and use different border styles and colors for
emphasis as desired.

hi.
need to design an orgnizational chart.
most sighted people would use drawing software like visio to design these
types of charts.
now as a bloind user using jaws, how would i do this?
maybe just enter the data say in word or excel then use the chart wizard.
any one had to face this challenge?
any ideas would be grateful.
cheers Marvin.
