I actually haven't seen it on any version, but I've not ever looked for it. One of the employees insists that he was able to do this until we upgraded to 2003. And he did find the reference to MS training in the link below that refers to it, and I found one other reference when researching it to this elusive "shortcut" menu that is supposed to be available when you customize toolbars. I'm at a loss, since, it was not something I was even aware of before yesterday.
