Does anyone know how to date the difference between two +similar+ dates? I.e., in the format m/d/YYYY, I can obtain the difference between two dates. What if the entire date is not known? Suppose the date of birth is given has 3/1905 (March, 1905), and the death given as 10/1999 (Oct 1999)? I would like to get the difference. Is there a way to obtain the difference, or should I make a "fictitious" day (say the 15th) and change that to 3/15/1905 and 10/15/1999 and then obtain the difference? Or is there an easier way to get the difference with only Year and Month is known? Avoid VBA please, I am not familiar with it. Thank you.
