Hi Alan,

They are different.

The address book is a container for lists of addresses and so can "contain"
contact folders.
Theres quite a bit about it on the web.

The definitive diva IMHO for all things outlook is Sue Mosher. You could do
worse than have a peek at her siter. Don't have a link but she's well known
to google!
